Aluminium soft loop block series (ASL)
This design was inspired by the idea to deliver an economical, high performance and light block to the market. To maintain attractive aesthetics, we have designed a strong and simple soft loop attachment system. With this design you can use a pre-fabricated soft loop attachment instead of stropping an untidy piece of line. This keeps the boat looking neat yet maintaining all the security and strength that is required.
At a weight of 170 grams, a working load limit of 2.3 tons and an attachment method that is quick and easy, we met all our design requirements to bring you an excellent product. The ASL-1 is available in a single block and a single block with becket format.

Metal mirror-finished, we have designed this product to be easily disassembled to be serviced and polished, to enable the customer to maintain the look of this block to a brand-new finish.

Stainless steel soft loop sailing block series (SSL)
Our unique design allows for a spectra soft loop shackle. This block is suitable for running backs and high load purchases. It is easy to assemble with an optional pin depending on your attachment preference, using either a double eye spliced attachment or a single strop. This block is easy to attach to a padeye or to be spliced onto a runner.
The rounded inner prevents any damage to attachment lines. This block is best used at the top section of a mechanical system.

Fairlead
Stainless steel fairlead series (SFL)
Draco designed a frictionless stainless-steel fairlead to mitigate constant damage to mooring lines. The fairlead is fitted with stainless steel rollers, with self-lubricating engineering polymer bushes, protecting the mooring lines. The product was designed with ease-of-use, ease-of-installation, reliability and elegance as priorities.
Size is an important factor when selecting a fairlead. Most boats are allocated with undersized fairleads, which are designed to withstand small deflective loads for boats which are commonly moored in the calm Mediterranean style waters. During the design of our fairleads, we strive to marry the strength of the fairlead, the size of the attachment of the fairlead to the boat, along with the size of line that will be needed to secure the boat to the mooring. All too often, the mooring lines that are necessary for the size of boat never fit easily into the fairlead, making docking the boat unnecessarily frustrating and at times stressful.

We present our solid ring guides as a light weight option for use on running rigging. Machined from high tensile and corrosion resistant 6082 T6 aluminium, Draco’s hard anodised ring guides are strong, low friction and slow to wear.
Draco ring guides provide an alternative to sailing blocks for deflective running rigging, lazy jacks, inhaulers and running backs.
